Wow. It's amazing to me how I don't realize how much I miss this town until I'm back. I don't even know how I managed to go away to school! Then again, I came back every other weekend, despite the grueling car ride. Whatever, it was worth it.

For those of you who don't know, I was asked to go to New York in September. One of my former classmates, and a good friend of mine, said she needed an extra set of hands at her practice for a while, until she found a replacement. I told her that I did have to get back home as soon as possible, even though she offered me a position. Maybe I’m crazy, declining an offer in Manhattan, but…this is home. Besides, I have to keep Marone Chiropractics running, since my Dad just retired. He absolutely hates it, but I know it’s the best thing for him. He overworked himself.

I’m supposed to be having dinner with him and Maureen tonight, but tomorrow I will be back on my feet. I apologize to all of my chiropractic patients for leaving when I did, but I promise that I’m back for good. You can also make appointments for a massage starting tomorrow; my business card can be found at Marone Chiropractics on the bulletin board, right as soon as you walk in.
